Memgine Terms of Use

Memgine is a technology platform provided by MynikaTech that enables participating businesses to offer and manage digital memberships, benefits, offers and redemption experiences for their customers.
Participating businesses
Membership pricing, validity, included benefits, eligibility requirements, availability, cancellation terms, refund terms and redemption conditions may be set by the participating business.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, MynikaTech provides the Memgine technology platform and is not the seller or provider of the underlying goods or services supplied by participating businesses.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and using your Memgine account and for maintaining appropriate control over access to your account and registered mobile number.
Purchases and payments
Before purchasing a membership, you should review the membership details, price, validity period, included benefits and applicable conditions displayed by the participating business.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Transaction processing and payment outcomes may therefore also be subject to the terms and systems of the relevant payment provider.
Membership cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary between participating businesses.
Questions relating to cancellation, refunds or the fulfilment of a particular membership should generally be directed to the participating business unless Memgine specifically provides another process.
Benefits, offers and redemptions
Benefits and offers may be subject to eligibility rules, usage limits, expiry dates, availability and other conditions specified by the participating business.
A benefit or offer may not be eligible for redemption where the applicable conditions have not been met.
Account deletion
Deleting your Memgine account removes your access to Memgine but does not itself cancel, refund or erase an active membership with a participating business.
Certain membership, transaction, payment, redemption, accounting, audit, fraud-prevention or regulatory records may be retained where required or reasonably necessary.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse Memgine, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, manipulate transactions or redemptions, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Service availability
MynikaTech may maintain, update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of Memgine where reasonably necessary for security, reliability, maintenance or improvements.
Business-related disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MynikaTech is not responsible for disputes between customers and participating businesses concerning the quality, availability or fulfilment of goods, services or membership benefits supplied by those businesses.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. The current version will be made available on this page.
